How do I personalise my gift?
On each product page you'll find fields to add names, dates, messages or photos. Enter your details, preview, and add to cart. See our How It Works page for a full guide.

Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
Because items are made to order, we begin production quickly. Get in touch as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update your order before it's made.

Will I see a preview before it ships?
The on-screen preview shows your personalisation. We print exactly what you enter, so please check spelling and details carefully.

Shipping

How long will my order take?
Personalised items need production time before shipping. Estimated production and delivery times are shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia and worldwide.

Returns

Can I return a personalised item?
Because each item is custom made, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, get in touch and we'll make it right.
