Many products sold by Jessify Gifts are personalized, custom-made or made to order.

This may include, but is not limited to:

personalized gifts, custom names, initials, dates, photos, messages, designs, special orders and any item made according to the customer’s selected personalization details.

By placing an order for a personalized product, you confirm that all personalization details are correct.

Personalized products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Therefore, personalized and custom-made products are final sale and are not eligible for return, cancellation or refund once production has started.


Section 4, Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Jessify Gifts reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Your order is accepted once we confirm acceptance and payment has been received and processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. This is especially important for personalized products.

Jessify Gifts may be unable to cancel or change an order once it has been accepted or once production has started.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.


Section 5, Customer Mistakes

Jessify Gifts is not responsible for mistakes made by the customer during the ordering process.

This includes, but is not limited to:

spelling mistakes, incorrect names, incorrect dates, wrong photos, wrong colors, wrong addresses, wrong product choices or any personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout.

Please check all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Orders with customer errors are not eligible for refund, replacement or cancellation once production has started.


Section 6, Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Because our personalized products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for personalized items.

No refunds will be given for personalized or custom-made products unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error on our side.

Cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet gone into production.

Once production has started, your order can no longer be cancelled.


Section 7, European Union Customers

Customers in the European Union normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, this right does not apply to goods that are custom-made or clearly personalized.

This means that personalized and custom-made products from Jessify Gifts cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.


Section 8, USA Customers

For customers in the United States, personalized and custom-made products are final sale.

We do not accept returns or refunds for personalized gifts unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect due to an error on our side.


Section 9, Damages, Defects or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at:

Please include:

your order number, a clear photo of the damaged, defective or incorrect item, and a photo of the packaging if the item arrived damaged.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund.

Items reported as damaged, defective or incorrect after an unreasonable delay may not be eligible for a solution.


Section 10, Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price shown at the time your order is placed. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs duties or import charges.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made through our store.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is true and accurate.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Jessify Gifts is not responsible for lost, delayed or returned packages.

Additional shipping costs for resending an order may be charged to the customer.
