Return & Refund Policy

At Jessify Gifts, every personalized gift is made especially for you. Because our products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for personalized items once your order has been placed and production has started.

Personalized & Custom Products

Personalized gifts cannot be returned or refunded, because they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

This includes, but is not limited to:

personalized gifts, custom-made products, items with names, initials, dates, photos, messages, or any other personal details added by the customer.

By placing an order, you agree that your personalized product is made especially for you and is therefore not eligible for return or refund.

European Union Customers

Customers in the European Union normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to products that are custom-made or personalized. Personalized and custom-made products are excluded from the EU cooling-off period.

This means that personalized orders shipped to EU customers cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.

USA Customers

For customers in the United States, personalized and custom-made products are also final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds for personalized gifts unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. U.S. return rules can vary by state, so the return policy must be clearly shown before purchase.

Damages, Defects or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at:

Please include:

your order number, a clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a photo of the packaging if the item arrived damaged.

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution where appropriate, such as a replacement or refund.

Customer Mistakes

We are not responsible for mistakes made by the customer during the ordering process.

This includes spelling mistakes, incorrect names, wrong dates, wrong photos, wrong addresses, or any personalization details entered incorrectly at checkout.

Please check all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Because personalized products are made to order, cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet gone into production.

Sale Items & Gift Cards
